We stock our deli the way we work the block – only things we’d be happy to put our name to. Pork pies with deep, crisp pastry and a properly seasoned filling, fresh eggs for the weekend breakfast and, as the range grows, cured hams, salamis and the makings of a good charcuterie board. Nothing there to make up the numbers, and everything chosen to sit well alongside the meat.
Each item is picked and packed by hand in our Leighton Buzzard butchery, and we carry that tradition forward in every order we send out. Add a pork pie to the Sunday joint, eggs to go with the bacon, or a few cured meats for Friday evening, and it all arrives together, chilled and ready, the next morning.
